I had a scheduled appointment. I arrived at 9 AM for an oil change. I was told that II had a scheduled appointment. I arrived at 9 AM for a oil change. I was told that I needed an alignment. I agreed to get the alignment and have the oil changed. I was there from 9 AM to 2 PM. Was there from 9 AM to 2 PM. When I left, the oil light came on saying that it was 20% low, the tires had not been rotated on my truck, and the truck would not was not aligned. I had to go back the next day. I had to go back the next day and sat for two more hours for them to actually do the work that they were supposed to do the day before. So I missed seven hours of work not a happy camper at all with Long Lewis!
